House update

So as many of you know Cris and I live in the house behind our parents. When the house was bought there was a lot of work that needed to be done and the first thing that was gonna get done was the three bedrooms. Well it has been about two and a half years now, but our rooms are almost done! It has only taken this long cause of our work schedules, and we could only work when dad was home because we wouldn't know what to do or we would do it wrong and he would just have to redo it anyway. So here are some picture to show you what has been going on in the Willey and Urlaub house.

First the insulation.

Before you start putting up sheetrock make sure you have a lift.

Always put the ceiling up first. Always!

Next, do the walls without windows.

Keep your work area clean and tidy.

Now you can add to the walls with windows and start putting in all the screws.

Make sure you know where your wall studs are for the screws.

Things are starting to come together now.

Make sure everything is nice and level.

Make repairs as needed.

 Next week the tape and texture guys will come and do their job and then its on to paint!
 I still need to choose my colors. It's gonna be a busy busy summer.
